Our Director
Led by Loren Hay, a Senior Quantity Surveyor and Procurement Consultant with over a decade of experience in high-end residential and light commercial projects. Loren has managed a wide range of projects from start to finish, building strong, long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors. Known for a hands-on, collaborative approach, Loren combines technical expertise with a genuine passion for teamwork and problem-solving. Outside of work, Loren enjoys team sports, mountain biking, hiking, and exploring new places, activities that inspire the same energy and collaboration applied to every project.
